Pinpinman is an e-Commerce company that gives shoppers the power to shop worldwide and shares deals with their local community. By sharing with your community, everyone has the opportunity to cut down shipping costs and meet up locally for pick up. With similar interests, Pinpinman helps form new friendships along the way. Our goal is to build a safe, fun, and lasting relationship amongst neighbors and friends based on online shopping.

PROCESS

After heuristic interviews, there are 2 ultimate questions people raised up among many different topics mentioned:

 

1. Why did people try to buy products aboard?

2. What part bothered you the most in a global purchase? 

​

Based on these 2 problems, I came up with an improvement.
